One of our clients - a ??????? ??????? ??? ?????? ?????????? ???????- is seeking a seasoned Senior Portfolio/Program Manager to lead a strategic innovation and transformation portfolio within its global financial services division.

This highly visible, business-critical role will work directly with senior business and technology executives.

• 20 years of experience delivering large, complex FinTech, financial services, technology, or enterprise transformation programs

• Proven success managing enterprise-scale portfolios with multiple interconnected programs

• Experience within a Fortune 500 company, global enterprise, major financial institution, equipment-financing organization, or technology services environment

• Strong executive presence and experience engaging C-suite and senior technology leaders

• Excellent stakeholder management, governance, communication, and decision-making skills

• Ability to manage competing priorities and drive accountability across complex organizations

Practical knowledge of:

• APIs and enterprise integration

• Microservices

• Data lakes and modern data platforms

• Customer and partner portals

• Digital and cloud platforms

• Enterprise modernization technologies

Deep technical expertise is not required. However, the candidate must have sufficient technology knowledge to challenge assumptions, identify risks, facilitate decisions, and engage effectively with business and technology teams.

• Lead portfolio strategy, planning, prioritization, governance, and execution

• Translate executive priorities into actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes

• Coordinate business leaders, project managers, architects, engineering teams, vendors, and delivery partners

• Manage dependencies, budgets, resources, risks, issues, timelines, and delivery commitments

• Establish executive reporting, escalation, governance, and decision-making processes

• Drive alignment and accountability across business and technology teams
