Deliver high\-quality, evidence\-based physiotherapy assessment and treatment to patients in line with professional standards and best practice.
Manage a defined caseload efficiently, prioritising clinical needs and ensuring timely documentation and reporting.
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, contributing to patient\-centred care planning and goal setting.
Implement individualised treatment programmes and regularly evaluate patient progress and outcomes.
Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical records in accordance with organisational policies and legal requirements.
Comply with all relevant professional, ethical, health and safety, and infection prevention and control standards.
Participate in service development initiatives, audits, and quality improvement projects as required.
Supervise and support students and less experienced staff as appropriate to the role.

Communicate effectively with patients, families, carers, and colleagues to promote optimal rehabilitation outcomes.
Hold a BSc in Physiotherapy or an equivalent recognised qualification.
Be CORU registered and be a member of, or eligible for membership of, the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists (ISCP).
Demonstrate appropriate clinical knowledge and the ability to apply evidence\-based practice in carrying out the duties of the post.
Participate as an effective member of the multidisciplinary team in the delivery of patient care.
Work collaboratively with the Physiotherapy Manager and colleagues to ensure the coordination, development, and delivery of a high\-quality, patient\-centred physiotherapy service.
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with healthcare professionals, patients, families, and carers.
Demonstrate the ability to plan, prioritise, and deliver care efficiently and effectively within a person\-centred care model.
Show a clear commitment to continuing professional development (CPD).
