Job Description - Staff Nurse

RecruitNet International Ltd specialises in Healthcare recruitment for Domestic and Overseas candidates for Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Home care and Community care.

We are currently looking for a Staff Nurse to lead our team and ensure we are offering the best standard of care to our Residents.

Responsibilities

Respect all relevant An Bord Altranais rules and regulations.

Keep all documents and paperwork as mandated by the Directors of Nursing and the Registering Authority.

Make sure that no confidential information obtained while doing one's duties is shared with outside parties.

If you are unable to report for duty, notify the D.O.N. or the Person in Charge as soon as possible. For instructions, refer to the employee handbook.

Make sure the nursing home's security is always maintained.

Respect all company rules and guidelines within the allotted time frames.

Make sure every piece of equipment is kept up to date and clean.

Perform any additional duties that are logically given to you.

Requirements

Capacity for successful communication at all levels

Sincere desire to collaborate with the appropriate clientele.

Current An Bord Altrainis registration.

A cooperative team member

First-level nurse

Expertise or credentials in automobiles for the appropriate client segment.

Understanding of HIQA Guidelines

Prior experience working as a supervisor
