Job Description - Staff Nurse




RecruitNet International Ltd specialises in Healthcare recruitment for Domestic and Overseas candidates for Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Home care and Community care.







We are currently looking for a Staff Nurse to lead our team and ensure we are offering the best standard of care to our Residents.







Responsibilities












  • Respect all relevant An Bord Altranais rules and regulations.



  • Keep all documents and paperwork as mandated by the Directors of Nursing and the Registering Authority.



  • Make sure that no confidential information obtained while doing one's duties is shared with outside parties.



  • If you are unable to report for duty, notify the D.O.N. or the Person in Charge as soon as possible. For instructions, refer to the employee handbook.



  • Make sure the nursing home's security is always maintained.



  • Respect all company rules and guidelines within the allotted time frames.



  • Make sure every piece of equipment is kept up to date and clean.



  • Perform any additional duties that are logically given to you.







Requirements



  • Capacity for successful communication at all levels


  • Sincere desire to collaborate with the appropriate clientele.


  • Current An Bord Altrainis registration.


  • A cooperative team member


  • First-level nurse


  • Expertise or credentials in automobiles for the appropriate client segment.


  • Understanding of HIQA Guidelines


  • Prior experience working as a supervisor
