Deliver high-quality, safe, and effective nursing care in line with NMBI standards
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans
Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with policies and procedures
Monitor, record, and respond appropriately to changes in residentsâ conditions
Lead, support, and supervise care staff during shifts
Promote residentsâ independence, dignity, and overall quality of life
Communicate effectively with residents, families, GPs, and the wider multidisciplinary team
Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation
Ensure compliance with HIQA regulations, organisational policies, and best practices
Registered General Nurse qualification
Active registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI)
Strong clinical knowledge with a commitment to person-centred care
Previous experience in the care of the elderly is desirable
Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Ability to obtain Garda Clearance and provide suitable professional references
