Job Description - Staff Nurse

RecruitNet International Ltd specialises in Healthcare recruitment for Domestic and Overseas candidates for Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Home care and Community care.

We are hiring Staff Nurses for a nursing home in Cork , Ireland.

Responsibilities

Assist care delivery in the home, to ensure continuous assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of residentâs care.

Assist with ensuring care plans are regularly audited and that they are appropriate to the resident's needs and reflect the care being delivered.

Ensure all complaints are dealt with appropriately in line with the company policies and procedures.

To engage with residents in conversation actively and meaningful occupation related to their lifestyle choices at a level and pace that values the individual and respects their dignity and communication differences.

Assist the Clinical Care Manager with responsibility for clinical care in the home.

Requirements

Eligible to register or currently registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).

Nursing graduates and freshly qualified nurses will be taken into consideration.

Experience with dementia and/or gerontological care is beneficial.
