Job Description - Staff Nurse Panel

RecruitNet International Ltd specialises in Healthcare recruitment for Domestic and Overseas candidates for Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Home care and Community care.

We are hiring Staff Nurse Panel into a Hospital in Dublin, Ireland.

Key Responsibilities

Practice within policies and procedures, legal requirements, guidelines and standards as directed by the Nursing Department and NMBI. Be familiar with and practice within all policies, procedures and standards set out by the hospital.

Report verbally and in writing, pertinent patient care information to appropriate nursing/medical staff and other clinical staff. Ensure all handover, reports and escalations are carried out using approved ISBAR handover tool.

Maintain own education records and participate in ongoing professional development/educatio

Ensure effective and efficient use of resources always.

Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as required by the Clinical Nurse Manager.

Adhere to policies and procedures regarding the care/cleaning of endoscopes.

Requirements

Be a Registered General Nurse on the current live register of NMBI.

Have at least one year’s relevant experience.

Have experience of working in a multi-professional environment.

IT Skills are desirable.

A current Basic Life Support certification is mandatory for all Nurses.

Current Advanced Life Support Certification, if applicable to area of work.
