Job Description - Staff Nurse - Women's Health Centre






RecruitNet International Ltd specialises in Healthcare recruitment for Domestic and Overseas candidates for Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Home care and Community care.









We are hiring a Staff Nurse - Women's Health Centre  for a Hospital in Dublin, Ireland. 







 Responsibilities




  • Practice nursing in accordance with the Professional Clinical Guidelines and the Nursing Midwifery Board of Ireland's Code of Professional Conduct.




  • Work within their area of expertise and take steps to keep up the skills required for professional practice.



  • Assist the clinical nurse specialists in the creation of the units for breast health, urology, and gynecology.



  • Provide patients and their families with guidance and assistance.




  • Make sure every patient at the Women's Health Center knows exactly what to anticipate, and give them written and verbal instructions.



  • Together with the consultants, create care pathways and put standards of care and best practice guidelines into action.



  • Be accountable for their actions and uphold a high standard of professionalism.





Requirements




  • Be listed in the NMBI's general division of the Register of Nurses.



  • Have worked as a full-time or equivalent part-time nurse in an acute hospital setting for at least two years after becoming a registered nurse, with one year spent in a surgical setting.



  • Maintain a current Basic Life Support certification.



  • Experience in endoscopy, gynecology, or urology is preferred.
