Job Description - Staff Nurse-Cardiology Day Ward




RecruitNet International Ltd specialises in Healthcare recruitment for Domestic and Overseas candidates for Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Home care and Community care.

We are hiring  Staff Nurse-Cardiology Day Ward into our Hospital in Cork, Ireland.




Responsibilities








  • Encourage the use of best practices in nursing care delivery and offer the team clinical knowledge and assistance.



  • Encourage, help, and support colleagues in reaching department-specific Critical Success Factors.



  • By communicating effectively, you can promote an environment of transparency and involvement.



  • Additionally, he or she will be in charge of their own professional growth.







Requirements




  • Registration with the NMBI or a comparable organization.



  • A clear dedication to patient safety and quality



  • Current understanding of cardiac procedures and Cath Lab is preferred.



  • Thorough understanding of heart diseases



  • Telemetry experience is a clear benefit.



  • A minimum of two years of acute care nursing experience after graduation is required.



  • Outstanding understanding of modern nursing techniques and practices.



  • Outstanding organizational abilities



  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
