Stock Controller

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring stock integrity through the effective use of an electronic stock management system, monitoring daily sales activity, investigating discrepancies, and supporting regular stock counts. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong numerical ability, and the confidence to work collaboratively with both retail and head office teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate stock records across multiple retail locations.
  


• Monitor daily sales activity to identify unusual transactions and payment methods.
  


• Ensure stock is processed correctly through point-of-sale systems.
  


• Liaise with store teams to investigate and resolve stock discrepancies.
  


• Complete accurate data entry and maintain stock integrity.
  


• Process stock adjustments, transfers, and movements accurately.
  


• Assist in the administration and management of weekly, monthly, and annual stock counts.
  


• Prepare regular stock and sales reports for senior management.
  


• Provide ongoing support to the finance team, leadership team, and retail operations.
  


• Undertake additional duties as required to support the effective operation of the business.
