Are you an experienced Store Manager who loves creating exceptional customer experiences and leading high-performing teams?

We're recruiting for an exciting opportunity to launch a brand-new seasonal retail concept in Kildare Village. This premium pop-up store will be at the heart of the Autumn/Winter and Christmas season, offering customers a unique shopping experience during one of the busiest and most exciting times of the retail calendar.

The Role

As Store Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day operation of the store, ensuring an outstanding customer experience while driving commercial performance and developing your team.

You'll lead by example, create a positive and engaging culture, and ensure the store is ready to deliver an exceptional experience from opening day right through the festive season.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing retail team.
  


• Deliver an exceptional customer experience at every opportunity.
  


• Drive sales performance and achieve store KPIs.
  


• Oversee all day-to-day store operations, including stock management, deliveries, administration and cash handling.
  


• Maintain excellent visual merchandising and operational standards.
  


• Recruit, coach and develop your team to maximise performance.
  


• Ensure company policies and procedures are consistently followed.
  


• Create a welcoming and engaging shopping environment throughout the busy festive trading period.
  

About You

You'll ideally have:

• Previous experience as a Store Manager within a fast-paced retail environment.
  


• A proven track record of delivering strong commercial results.
  


• Experience leading, coaching and developing successful retail teams.
  


• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  


• A hands-on management style with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  


• Strong operational and stock management experience.
  


• A passion for delivering first-class customer service.
