Position: Store Manager - Designate

Location: North Dublin

Job: Full-time Permanent (39 hours)

Salary: â¬60K - â¬70K DOE

Teamworx are delighted to announce this exciting opportunity for an experienced Store Manager to join a leading Irish retail group. We are looking for a strong motivational leader with big box experience to help develop and encourage colleagues throughout their day-to-day duties and challenges while supporting the business needs.

The ideal candidate:

Will have 5+years Retail experience managing a large turnover and teams of 30+ colleagues

Experience developing future leaders and working with succession plans

Experience managing P&L and responsibility for targets and KPIs

Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence and engage at all levels

Authentic leader who creates an environment where everyone can be themselves and do their best
