Store Manager

The role:

• Oversee a large and modern store with staff of approximately 100
  


• Monitor and mentor the stores management team, leading by example
  


• Implementing strategies to improve revenue growth, sales, training and development 
  


• Managing the stores financials and reporting to Directors
  


• Ensuring store KPI's are being met and implementing strategies where not
  


• Ensure that any staff issues are dealt with efficiently and in line with HR procedures
  


• Create and provide training plans and personal development plans for all staff
  


• Ensuring customer satisfaction at all times
  


• Stock Management
  


• Ensuring all HACCP and Store Health and Safety guidelines are met and adhered to
  

The ideal candidate: 

• Minimum of 3 years Store Management in the Grocery sector
  


• Passionate about training and developing staff members
  


• Strong financial and analytical skills
  


• Proven experience driving revenue growth
  


• Excellent team building and communication skills
  


• Excellent customer service skills
  


• Fresh food knowledge
