Store Supervisor - Full Time Positions

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Inver Retail Group as a Full Time Store Supervisor in our SPAR INVER, Slieveroe, County Kilkenny. The company consists of over 20 convenience retail stores throughout Ireland.

As a Store Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to our goal of creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers.

Your responsibilities will include ordering and managing inventory, maintaining safety standards, training and supervising staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The key roles and responsibilities involved in this role include.

• Handling stock and waste control of the products, investigating issues as they arise
• Bringing forward new ideas to increase sales and standards within the store
• Managing the day-to-day management of the operations and the employees to improve sales performance.
• Supervising employees in various duties.
• Managing product storage, maintenance and rotation activities to avoid any damages or spoilage.
• Ensuring that products are properly labelled with prices and dates.
• Dealing with customer queries to the highest possible standards.
• Encouraging an atmosphere of good Customer Service and team work within the Deli area.
• Completing any back office administrative duties as required.
• Assisting in preparation of inventory and sales budgets.
• Provide training to staff on company policies and sales guidelines.
