Strategy AI Analyst

Your Area of Work:

The Clearstream Fund Services Strategy team within Deutsche Börse’s Post Trading division partners with senior management to shape and execute key strategic initiatives. The team supports the translation of strategic priorities into concrete roadmaps and delivers high-impact transformation programs end-to-end. The scope includes strategic planning, operating model development, management and competitive reporting, and the integration of key technologies like Artificial Intelligence into the strategic agenda.

As a Strategy AI Analyst, you will be at the forefront of executing Clearstream's AI strategy — leading and contributing to high-impact initiatives that accelerate AI adoption across the organization. Working closely with senior stakeholders across business and technology, you will drive the implementation of AI programs from definition to delivery, ensuring strategic alignment, measurable value capture, and sustainable outcomes.

Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth analyses of business processes, pinpoint opportunities for AI-driven automation and optimization, build AI-enabled target process maps, and write compelling business cases for implementation


• Develop and maintain a structured AI roadmap, tracking progress, milestones, and value capture across ongoing and pipeline initiatives


• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, preparing high‑quality decision materials, executive presentations, and status updates for management and Deutsche Börse Group governance forums


• Monitor AI trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory developments to continuously refine and sharpen the AI strategy


• Build close links to the various business units to foster a culture of AI-driven innovation, continuously exploring AI-enablement possibilities and advising on state-of-the-art techniques and expertise

Your Profile:

• You have at least 3-5 years of relevant professional experience with proven success in automation and applying generative AI and other advanced AI tools to solve real-world business problems and drive process efficiencies


• You have a deep understanding of the enterprise AI solutions landscape, including major platforms (e.g., Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, OpenAI ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) and their practical applications within a corporate environment.


• Consulting background preferred with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements for AI solutions and effectively measure impact


• Excellent interpersonal skills combined with strong communication skills – written and verbal, ability to communicate effectively across all seniority levels in English


• Excellent conduct of MS Office applications, specifically Excel and PowerPoint


• High flexibility, commitment and ability to handle stressful situations and work under pressure
