Sub-Ledger Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Subledger Accountant to manage and maintain the integrity of subledger accounts, ensuring accurate and timely reconciliation with the general ledger. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and experience working with ERP systems.

• Maintain & reconcile subledger accounts (e.g., Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Inventory, Bank reconciliation).

• Ensure timely and accurate posting of transactions and journals.

• Investigate and resolve discrepancies or variances.

• Support month-end and year-end close processes.

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure data accuracy and completeness.

• Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and regulatory requirements.

• Participate in system upgrades, testing, and process improvement initiatives.
