As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our front-of-house team and help ensure every guest receives outstanding service in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

The Role

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading the floor during service, and supporting the management team in maintaining high standards. This role requires someone with a strong ability to lead and motivate a team while ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide floor staff during breakfast, brunch, and lunch service.
• Ensure guests receive exceptional service, maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and floor setup.
• Manage service flow and coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient delivery of orders.
• Uphold cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene standards across the restaurant.
• Serve as a reliable point of contact for both guests and team members, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a busy restaurant or café environment (supervisory experience is a bonus, but not essential).
• A passion for hospitality, food, and delivering a positive guest experience.
• Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
• A calm, confident, and proactive approach to service, even in busy settings.
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
