Job Description - Swedish Speaking Customer Experience Agent - Work Remotely in Greece

Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to announce an opening for a Swedish Speaking Customer Experience Agent, offering the chance to work remotely from Greece! We are seeking passionate individuals who are committed to providing outstanding customer support to our Swedish-speaking clientele. In this role, you will ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service while enjoying the comforts of a remote work environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support in Swedish via phone, email, and chat, addressing various inquiries and issues.
  • Utilize our CRM system to accurately log and track customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Proactively resolve customer concerns by understanding their needs and ensuring a satisfactory outcome.
  • Engage with customers to gather feedback and insights for continuous improvement of our services.
  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and enhance the customer experience across the board.
  • Keep updated on product features, promotions, and industry developments to provide informed assistance.
  • Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage.
  • Experience in customer service or related fields is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a remote setting.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and online communication tools.
  • Proactive in finding solutions and assisting customers effectively.
  • Ability to work independently while being a contributing team member in a remote environment.
