The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for a defined team or function, supporting both immediate hiring needs and future workforce planning. The role is hands-on, delivery focused, and centered on sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and maintaining strong candidate pipelines.
Review applications via Workable and recruitment inboxes.
Conduct screening calls with candidates.
Set up and coordinate interviews.
Carry out reference checks in line with company procedures.
Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn and other advertising channels.
Liaise with recruitment agencies as required.
Manage and maintain a CV backlog and candidate pipeline for future hires.
Ensure timely feedback is provided to all interviewed candidates.
Update role trackers, candidate spreadsheets, and CV folders on the Recruitment Teams folder.
Manage open job requisitions, keeping ATS/CRM systems accurate and up to date.
Track recruitment activity, metrics, and key outcomes.
Prepare and support offer packages, including market competitiveness research.
Compile and share recruitment market data, industry insights, and trends.
Ensure compliance with employment legislation, data protection, and applicant tracking requirements.
Attend weekly recruitment meetings with Directors and Hiring managers
Bachelor’s degree required.
2–3+ years’ recruitment experience in a fast‑paced environment.
Proven experience in proactive sourcing and recruitment delivery.
Engineering / Construction recruitment experience strongly preferred.
Experience managing requisitions in Workable or similar ATS preferred.
Strong organisation, communication, and time‑management skills.
