Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and confident Team Lead to support and guide our door-to-door sales team. The role requires a solid background in telecoms, strong sales capabilities, and a hands-on approach to coaching. You’ll be responsible for helping the team improve, while also actively contributing to sales in the field.
Main Responsibilities
- Support the team in achieving sales targets through training and mentoring
- Conduct regular one-on-one sessions and practical coaching in the field
- Help staff improve their product knowledge, customer approach, and sales confidence
- Lead by example—sell broadband, TV, and SIM products alongside the team
- Monitor performance and provide constructive feedback
- Identify development areas and tailor coaching accordingly
- Collaborate with managers to ensure alignment with wider sales strategy
