Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Coordinator to support our Technical Operations team. This role is critical in ensuring projects are effectively mobilised from tender stage through to site operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while supporting technical approvals, documentation, and coordination across project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update project trackers, reporting on package status, lead times, and programme alignment
Communicate with supply chain partners regarding technical data, pricing, and calculations
Organise client sample approvals and manage approval logs to facilitate procurement
Compile technical documentation, submittals, and drawings with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Assist with procurement schedules, highlighting risks and delays at an early stage
Prepare and manage operations and maintenance manuals, warranties, and handover documentation
Liaise with commercial teams and clients professionally, ensuring clear communication with all project stakeholders
Support Health, Safety, Quality & Environmental compliance in line with Crown’s QEHS management system
Minimum 3 years’ experience in building envelope, façade, or cladding projects
Third-level qualification in Engineering, Architectural Technology, Project Management, or similar
Strong knowledge of building envelope solutions, codes, and regulations across Ireland, UK, and Europe
Proficient with common data environments and Microsoft Office
Energetic, tenacious, reliable, and highly motivated with exceptional attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
