Test Manager

Develop and manage the overall test strategy and plan for data migration. Design templates for test cases and processes. Work closely with project managers, business analysts, development teams, and stakeholders to ensure test requirements align with project objectives. Coordinate and oversee the work of test teams across functional, non-functional, and automation streams. Establish testing timelines and milestones in line with project plans and ensure timely delivery of all test deliverables. Identify and manage risks and issues related to testing, ensuring appropriate mitigation plans are in place. Define test entry/exit criteria and ensure they are met before advancing to the next project phase. Track and report on test progress, quality metrics, defect trends, and overall test health to stakeholders. Facilitate regular status meetings, defect triages, and risk reviews.
