As we continue to expand, we are now looking for a Traffic Management Designer to join our team in the Midlands and South East, with the role based at our Tullamore office.

What You’ll Be Doing 

• Prepare concept and outline design sketches for traffic management solutions. 

• Develop drawings at preliminary and detailed design stages with attention to improvement opportunities. 

• Estimate time and resources required for drawing production and project tasks. 

• Conduct site visits and carry out surveys to support design decisions. 

• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery. 

• Work within allocated budgets and timelines. 

• Maintain a high standard of drawing accuracy and presentation to uphold our client-focused approach. 

• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of internal processes and workflows. 

What We’re Looking For 

• A degree (or equivalent qualification) in Engineering or a related field. 

• Previous experience in Traffic Management design 

• Solid technical expertise and excellent communication skills. 

• Strong understanding of transport planning, spatial planning, and traffic design—especially at concept, feasibility, and preliminary stages. 

• A working knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and practices. 

• A detail-oriented and proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
