Transfer Agency Administrator

What You'll Do -

• Be the go-to contact for investors and clients on all transfer agency matters.
• Process investor transactions - subscriptions, redemptions, transfers - with accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance by reviewing KYC/AML documentation and liaising with relevant teams.
• Keep records flawless by maintaining up to date shareholder registers.
• Support reporting & projects, contributing to continuous improvement and innovation in TA operations.

What You Bring -

• Experience in Transfer Agency, Fund Administration and Anti-Money Laundering.
• A client-first mindset with a self-starter personality and strong communication / problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
