Transfer Pricing Manager

An excellent career opportunity for a transfer pricing manager to join the tax team of a growing international Irish business. You will be part of a strong tax team based in Ireland. As the company continues to expand its business including within its renewables division, you will have the opportunity to get involved in a variety of projects and will be close to the commercial activities of this international group.

About the position 

• You will become a key member of the tax team led by the Group Head of Tax working closely with the finance team and the wider business
• Manage and co-ordinate all transfer pricing related work across the group
• Establishing the methodology for and preparing calculations in respect of intra group charges required to comply with transfer pricing rules
• Ensuring timely preparation of annual transfer pricing compliance documentation including the preparation of local files and master file in an efficient manner, including collaborating with colleagues and external advisors
• Responding to and managing transfer pricing audits
• Work with the Group Head of Tax to review and advise on business transactions from a transfer pricing perspective
• Liaising with external advisors to obtain and implement advice
• Monitor domestic and international legislative changes

About the person 

• Chartered Tax Advisor
• Preferably qualified accountant (ACA or ACCA)
• Experience gained within a large corporate tax environment, Big 4, or similar
• Well organised with excellent attention to detail
• Strong analytical skills and ability to research complex issues
• Self-motivated – able to work both individually and as a member of a team
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to simplify and communicate technical issues
• Ability to build effective working relationships with all levels of the business
