The opportunity


We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Training and Change Manager to join our People Consulting team. You’ll work on some of the most exciting and complex transformation programmes in Ireland, helping clients build sustainable change and enhance their people capabilities. This is your chance to shape impactful learning strategies and lead change initiatives that make a real difference.


 


Your key responsibilities



  • You’ll design and deliver strategic training and change management plans aligned with client goals.

  • You’ll lead the full project lifecycle, from concept to implementation, and support initiatives across organisational design, culture, leadership, and team effectiveness.

  • You’ll create tailored training programmes, manage project governance, and evaluate impact.

  • You’ll also build strong relationships with stakeholders and contribute to business development.


 


Skills and attributes for Success



  • You’re experienced in using training and change management tools and methodologies.

  • You bring credibility, resilience, and the ability to influence stakeholders. You’re pragmatic, analytical, and focused on delivering sustainable solutions.

  • You thrive in complex environments and are confident managing full project lifecycles.


 


Ideally, You’ll also have


Consulting experience in client-facing roles on large transformation programmes and a strong understanding of learning and development best practices.
