Job Description - Vendor Management Analyst

Support senior team members with the completion of business as usual activities that underpin key Vendor Management processes
Drive vendor performance management service reviews by organising, planning and recording meetings with various stakeholders throughout the business.
Liaising with Relationship Managers on action tracking
Maintenance of supplier relationship management database, ensuring our vendor intelligence is up to date
Due Diligence and service review Workflow management
Attending and leading BAU meetings
Support with the development of reports for audiences of varying seniority, including Board reports.
Mailbox management
Document preparation and management, including filing and document storage
Build excellent working relationships with key stakeholders across Functions and Countries
Support the development of fit for purpose administrative and vendor management processes
Support in the development of insightful MI and reporting

5+ years’ experience working in a vendor management or administrative role
Strong organisational skills
Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to present ideas in a clear, concise manner to different audiences
Experience completing process workflows involving multiple stakeholders
Ability to work on own initiative and to manage own time in order to complete deliverables of varying priority to deadlines
Previous success in assisting in the development of reporting at various levels
Previous experience working in procurement or vendor management an advantage
Experience working within Insurance or financial services a plus, with a focus on professional services, IT, HR, Risk, Finance desirable but not essential.
