It is a busy hotel welcoming both local and international guests. The business is as follows:

· Offering quality dining through a restaurant and bar with a focus on fresh, local and seasonal products

You will be working as a Waiter/Waitress, responsible for delivering excellent table service.

Duties involve:

· Taking food and drink orders accurately
· Serving food and beverages to guests
· Providing menu recommendations and answering guest questions
· Ensuring tables are set and maintained to a high standard
· Handling guest requests and ensuring satisfaction
· Working closely with the kitchen and bar teams
· Processing payments and maintaining a clean service area
· Ensuring compliance with hygiene and service standards
