About the Role
At Crown Information Management we specialise in the secure storage, management, and retrieval of company data and records, both physical and digital. Our mission is to keep information safe and accessible, helping businesses meet compliance needs and manage risk efficiently. As part of the team you'll ensure confidential records are collected, stored, and retrieved securely. Your work helps protect data, support business operations, and maintain client trust at every stage.
As a key member of the team you will take direction from the Team Leader or Branch Supervisor and work as part of a team ensuring jobs are completed correctly, on time and to the customer’s satisfaction and within their SLA.________________________________________
What You’ll Do
•    Undertaking the safe loading/un-loading and usage of vehicles in accordance with Company procedures and road traffic acts. 
•    Fully conversant with company procedures, standards of discipline, the need for accuracy and the security and well-being of the customer’s property. 
•    Responsible for the courteous interface with customers and ensure timetables and service expectations are maintained.  
•    Communicate with Supervisor/Team Leader where customer services expectations are threatened.  
•    When directed will operate within the Centre and undertake duties as directed. 
•    Where necessary you will be required to carry out duties unsupervised using your own initiative to solve problems

What We’re Looking For
•    You must have a full clean driving licence as a minimum to apply
•    Numerate with legible handwriting and good verbal communications skills
•    A minimum of GCSE certificated general education 
•    A background in operational or manual work
•    A team player with a proactive attitude
•    Operation (and or IT) Systems
•    Customer Service Skills
•    Health & Safety awareness
•    Knowledge of all ISO Accreditation Procedures
•    Competent Knowledge of Company Procedures
•    Awareness of Data Protection Act
•    Geographical Route Planning to maximise operational efficiency
