What does this role entail?

Fenergo is searching for a Website Marketing Manager to play a crucial role in optimising our website and enhancing our online presence. 

In this role, you will collaborate with various teams, including Design, Content and Product Marketing, to ensure our website effectively represents our brand and engages our audience. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional who is ready to move fast, and scale with impact at Fenergo.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the ongoing development and enhancement of Fenergo web properties, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with external vendors (SEO & web agency) and internal cross-functional teams (marketing, design, IT, product)
  • Manage website hosting, domain registration, cookie performance and other technical aspects to ensure optimal performance, compliance and security.
  • Analyse website traffic, user behaviour, and engagement metrics to identify opportunities for improving the user experience and increasing conversion rates.
  • Run user research, identify data-driven improvement hypotheses, and launch AB testing experiments and big-bet initiatives at large scale to improve site conversion.
  • Utilise web analytics tools (e.g., GA4) to track key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor website traffic, and generate actionable insights.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate website performance, trends, and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management.

Desired experience

  • 5-7 years of experience managing a B2B or B2B2C website from a digital acquisition and customer journey perspective.
  • 5-7 years of experience working with global SEO, and a demonstrable understanding of localization SEO best practices.
  • Must have previous experience using Webflow (or similar platform).
  • Expert level understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager.
  • Familiarity with OneTrust, Marketo (or similar), Uberflip and Mouseflow
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
  • Previous experience working with web portals
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills.
  • Solid understanding of how to grow metrics and A/B testing.
  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, graphic design, communications or relevant experience in the field.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with web accessibility standards (WCAG) and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR) is a plus.
