Wine Wait Staff

We are looking for a dedicated Wine Wait Staff to join our dynamic team in our Wine Cellar restaurant. As we are passionate about exceeding our guests’ expectations, you will be extremely customer focused and passionate about delivering a superior experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering a warm, attentive and engaging service in The Wine Cellar


• Responsibility for driving wine sales in the restaurant


• Advising our guests on wine pairings and recommending from our list of over 300 wines available.


• Keep up your product knowledge and focus on learning about any new products which come in


• Ensure customer service and food standards are in line with company standards.


• To provide a seamless guest experience by working harmoniously with the Wine Cellar team and management.


• To provide feedback to The Wine Cellar manager about customer requests or queries.


• As well as other duties which may be assigned from time to time.

The Person

• 1 years’ experience in wine service or a similar role


• Have solid knowledge of both Irish and international wines


• A food and wine lover, and love sharing that passion!


• Outgoing, cheerful, friendly personality


• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Empathetic leader, with the ability to inspire others
