As a Workforce Transformation Manager at PwC, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through end-to-end organisational technology and talent transformation initiatives. You will apply a broad understanding of workforce consulting solutions, including workforce strategy, talent development, change and comms, rewards, and organisational design, to improve employee experience and drive sustainable business outcomes.
In this role, you will lead diverse project teams to deliver innovative solutions aligned with client strategies, instilling a culture of continuous improvement and agility. Your leadership will inspire others to achieve excellence, leveraging technology and data-driven insights to inform decision-making and accelerate transformation.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage complex workforce transformation projects, ensuring delivery against agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Collaborate with senior client stakeholders to understand strategic business challenges and translate them into effective people and organisational solutions.
Design and implement innovative approaches across workforce strategy, talent management, organisational design, and employee experience that drive measurable impact.
Coach, mentor, and motivate team members, recognising and developing their unique strengths to build high-performing, inclusive teams.
Foster a culture of learning and growth by encouraging exploration beyond comfort zones, sharing expertise, and championing continuous professional development.
Manage challenging conversations and resolve conflicts sensitively and effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
Uphold PwC’s values, professional standards, and ethical guidelines, modelling integrity and authenticity in all interactions.
Embrace emerging technologies and digital tools to enhance workforce analytics and transformation outcomes.
Experience & Skills
Proven experience leading workforce transformation, organisational development, or talent management initiatives in consulting or corporate environments.
Strong knowledge of workforce strategy, talent development, organisational design, rewards, or employee engagement frameworks, coupled with a focus on outcome-driven solutions.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills with experience influencing senior leaders and building trusted partnerships across diverse teams.
Demonstrated ability to analyse complex organisational systems, diagnosing challenges and designing integrated solutions.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining resilience and flexibility in fast-changing environments.
A track record of coaching, mentoring, and developing others, with a genuine passion for fostering diverse and inclusive team cultures.
Proficiency in using digital tools, data analytics, or technology-enabled solutions to enhance workforce insights and transformation impact.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including facilitating difficult conversations and adapting your approach for diverse audiences.
