Business Analyst –Scrum Master, Senior Consultant

We are seeking a business analyst with Scrum Master skills to join our Toronto office. The role will be responsible for leading clients on their agile and digital transformational journey adopting agile principles primarily using the Scrum Framework, supporting Sales teams with clients requesting agile delivery, coaching, and advising delivery teams adopting the Agile approach to their delivery engagements and serving as a team member of the Agile Change Agents. The role requires a deep understanding of Agile practices and Lean principles, and an individual who excels in driving value delivery and fostering continuous improvement in large development programs.
