Retail Business Manager - FTC til March 2025 – (Ireland ) South

You will

• Be a One Luxe ambassador and an advocate of change.

• To continue to shape, roll out and review the Luxe multi-brand model across your territory at all levels.

• Multi Axe/Multi Brand Commercial Management across Head Office, Flagship and individual doors within territory

• Achieve sell in, in line with business forecast.

• Maintain catalogue representation in line with brand guidelines.

• Ensure all NPD is presented to all retail partners and orders secured.

• Work to a structured, logical journey plan.

• Negotiate and align business plans under the direction of Multi Axe/Multi brand activities with retailer partners.

• Develop collaborative, mutually successful business relationships with all customers.

• Identify incremental business opportunities across existing customer base.

• Build excellent customer knowledge, including future plans, activities, ambitions, plus customer responses, insights and feedback. Share with relevant stakeholders to drive appropriate action.

You have

• A clear understanding of the market and customers to ensure effective planning and decision making

• Previous sales and wholesale management experience, ideally within beauty industry

• Exceptional commercial and negotiation skills

• Experience and understanding of effective sales techniques, consultative selling, customer service and proven ability to drive results.

• Strong analytical skills

• Valid ROI driving licence

• Strong capability on Microsoft Office (including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
