This job would suit a Chef eager to gain fresh foods experience in a busy grocery retail store.

Benefits:

• Start from €18-€22.50 per hour
• Mostly daytime shifts

• 39-hour contract

Responsibilities of this Head Chef position include:

• Preparing portions of meat, fish, and poultry
• Preparing fresh desserts and cakes
• Managing and minimising waste
• Labelling all food items and following HACCP procedures
• Upholding food safety and temperature standards
• Keeping the kitchen area neat, clean, and sanitary
• Controlling food items in your section according to specifications

Requirements of this Head Chef position include:

• Experience as a Chef in a busy kitchen environment
• Production experience is desirable
• An adaptable, flexible approach to high-pressure situations
• A professional, polite manner to lead by example for all staff
• Clear and concise communication skills
