Experienced Contracts manager is required to join the management team of this well established Precast designer and manufacturer.

The role entails programming and managing of Precast concrete installations over a number of projects such as medical centers, student accommodation, schools, retail centers and car parks across Ireland and the UK.

Responsibilities include:

• Planning resources for the installation of precast concrete structures

• Agreeing site programmes and working closely with clients

• Managing resources including personnel, craneageon site

• Ensuring safety requirements are implemented at all times

• Controlling costs on project basis

Requirements:

• Technical qualification in engineering/construction studies or similar

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Contracts Manager

• A proven record within the precast concrete sector

• Ideally has worked as an Appointed Person and has Site Supervisor qualifications.

Right to work in the EU is essential.
