Corporate Counsel

Position Summary

Carlyle Aviation Partners is the commercial aviation investment and servicing arm of Carlyle's Global Credit platform. It is a multi-strategy aviation investment manager that seeks to capitalize on its extensive technical knowledge, in-depth industry expertise and long-standing presence in the aviation sector. We are recruiting for a Corporate Counsel to join our Legal Department in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity to join a top-tier aircraft lessor.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities will be to assist in the management of the corporate governance requirements of the company.

• All aspects of corporate legal management.
• Providing legal assistance on a variety of corporate and asset finance transactions.
• Management of internal corporate approval process.
• Drafting, negotiating, reviewing and advising on corporate and asset financing contracts.

Qualifications

• Law degree, with a minimum of 2+ years PQE.
• Experience in Asset Finance and Corporate Law is essential.
• Prior Aviation experience is preferable.
