Role Purpose:
Lead the planning of connected marketing campaigns across all media touchpoints for Danone brands in the UK which deliver against brand objectives and exceed media ROI targets and other channel-specific targets. Develop plans which connect our paid, owned and earned channels to fuel our digital ecosystem and drive consumer engagement.
- Support the development of integrated, always-on media plans across all channels, both paid and organic, which deliver short-term ROI and long-term brand equity targets.
- Work closely with the Integrated Comms Manager throughout our ICP process to develop connected campaigns which drive engagement and participation.
- Work with the Digital Experience team, consulting them at key moments in ICP and representing them when they’re not there.
- Support the creation of campaigns which drive engagement and participation across priority digital channels such as websites and social media, using “next best action” thinking and the "digital toolkit" to drive 1PD acquisition, content sharing on social and leaving reviews."
- Ensure that our plans connect seamlessly across retail media, D-Commerce and shopper to deliver efficiency of spend and drive conversion in both bricks and clicks.
- Contribute to briefs, provides feedback on responses, build connected activation plans and ensure learnings are captured through post campaign analysis.
- Advise upon media channel split based on the brand JTBD, focusing on lower funnel conversion and building up to awareness-driving.
- Support the activation of our data strategy throughout planning: acquiring 1PD, targeting audiences, enriching audiences and building attribution measurement techniques.
- Follow creative activation guidelines for media channel and asset, working with Oliver, our in-house production team, to constantly strive for media effectiveness.
- Build strong relationships with Senior Brand Managers across our Consumer and Healthcare brands.
- Work with our internal media analyst to evaluate and report on the performance of all campaigns against predefined OKRs
About you
We would like you to demonstrate your following key skills:
FUNCTIONAL
- Media planning and digital marketing expert with an in-depth knowledge of media planning but equally comfortable with Retail Media, Ecommerce and Shopper ecosystems.
- Skilled at developing campaigns which deliver brand goals across the full funnel.
- Good understanding of how paid media drives digital engagement and interacts with offline media, particularly in the retail environment.
- Strong understanding of addressable media, audience targeting and enrichment.
- Planning and activation expertise across all main channels, including TV, BVOD, VOD, OOH, display, search, social: PPC & SEO.
LEADERSHIP
- Highly organised and able to work in fast pace/ evolving context
- Accountable & results driven with good stakeholder management at all levels .
- Cross-functional and Cross-agency leadership
