As an Assistant Manager youll play a pivotal role in the success of our Limerick store. Youll work closely with the Store Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the store while also providing exemplary service to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Sales Assistants in Delivering exceptional customer service.
  
• Train new employees and support in upskilling existing employees.
  
• Be a very hands on manager who is passionate about all things retail
  
• Support the Store Manager in running the daily operations of the store.
  
• Help drive company targets
  
• Maintain visual merchandising standards
  

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous management experience with a strong drive for retail
  
• Be able to thrive in a busy environment
  
• Detailed orientated with passion for maintaining company standards
  
• Excellent customer and interpersonal abilities with a customer centric approach.
