What You’ll Do: In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day: Define the brand strategy to enhance brand perception, deliver growth and business results • Manage the brand architecture • Manage the brand world • Establish and maintain brand budgets • Measure brand performance • Analyse brand positioning and consumer insights • Lead a best in class, diverse, and inclusive, Brand team of Brand and Campaign Managers, partnering with the business, upholding, and celebrating the Primark values; CARING, DYNAMIC and TOGETHER.
What You’ll Bring Here at Primark, we want everyone to feel valued – so please bring your authentic self to work, of course with some other key experience and abilities for this role in particular:
- 10 years+ Marketing brand experience
- Strong Presentation skills
- Experience in Agency management
- Defining and creating brand communications strategies
- Ability to put systems and processes in place within a matrix
- Comfortable influencing C-suite and Board level decision makers
- Can engage and influence others in challenging contexts
