Job Description:

As a Key Holder, you'll orchestrate the operational rhythm of our retail space, ensuring seamless opening and closure, maintaining security, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your role involves:

• Managing store operations from open to close
• Providing top-notch customer service to drive sales
• Upholding store security measures
• Personalizing recommendations and assisting customers
• Handling transactions and merchandise display
• Facilitating exchanges, returns, and addressing customer concerns
• Collaborating with the team to meet sales targets
