Job Description
The successful candidate will be part of the Quality team and report to the Manufacturing Quality Engineer. Essential duties and responsibilities include:
- QA coordinator for manufacturing quality
- Work on NCMRs, Deviations and SOPs
- Provide backup and support to Quality inspectors
- Work closely with quality engineers to support Complaints, CAPA, SCAR and Internal Audit Program
- Maintain and file batch paperwork on a weekly basis, ensure all batch paperwork are filed in organizational and timely manners
- Work closely with quality engineer to implement external documentation storage solution for batch paperwork
- Work closely with quality engineer to complete trending for NCMRs and Deviations
- Monitoring and maintain NCMR and Deviation logs
- Coordinating complaint samples from/to customers
- Act as a backup to quality engineer for all NCMRs and SOP generation/ updates, complaints, SCAR/CAPAs and Internal Audits.
- Support manufacturing quality engineers in root cause analysis on all NCRs and deviation as well as following up actions to completion
Qualifications
- Minimum degree, Level 7 or equivalent is essential
- 2-5 years’ experience working in a medical device environment, relevant quality experience would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of the Medical Device manufacturing environment including GMP/GDP would be an advantage.
- Good analytical skills.
- Demonstrable organizational skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Good technical writing skills
- Adaptive & capable of working in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
