As a Barclays member of the Europe Regulatory Delivery Office, you will be required to provide oversight and awareness of all regulatory findings and remediation actions impacting Barclays Europe and to help Barclays Europe in the delivery and ongoing management of actions through to completion. As part of the Barclays Europe Regulatory Delivery Office Team you will be partnering closely with business and functions colleagues to realise the ambitions of the business through an efficient operational and change management of Barclays Europe. What will you be doing?
•    Helping the regulatory remediation programme by co-ordinating
the delivery of regulatory actions specific to Barclays Europe
•    Assisting Barclays Europe colleagues in the setup of regulatory actions into the Barclays Europe system of record
•    Being accountable for reporting and tracking of regulatory actions to completion requests 
•    Helping Barclays Europe teams in complex regulatory inspections and the delivery of ad hoc regulatory requests
•    Supporting colleagues in providing responses to ad hoc regulatory requests 
•    Delivering non technology change requirements specific to Barclays Europe and having extensive engagement with specialist teams across Barclays Europe
•    Ensuring that all activities are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal Barclays Policies and Policy Standards


What we’re looking for:
•    A professional with deep analytical skills and the ability to structure, distil and evaluate complex information
•    Excellent verbal and written communications skills with ability to produce high quality management information and documentation for senior governance forums
•    Exceptional organizational and coordination skills capable of adapting to changing requirements, re-prioritising and changing course as necessary
•    Ability to create and maintain networks across the entire organisation and at all levels

Skills that will help you in the role:
•    Knowledge of business change execution
•    Wide knowledge of the global financial regulatory landscape
•    Knowledge of the regulatory framework and statutory and prudential procedures relating to Barclays business activities
•    Specific Business knowledge (Investment, Corporate, Private and Retail Banking)


Where will you be working?
You will be based in our new flagship office, One Molesworth Street, which is in the heart of Dublin city centre. We are currently expanding which drives a culture of change and hard work ethic, nonetheless the company maintains an open, friendly atmosphere.  This is enhanced through our unique onboarding programs and a number of committees which all employees are eligible to join.
