Excel Recruitment is excited to announce that they are currently seeking a Resourcing Partner on behalf of their client, a leading partner to entrepreneurial retailers and food service professionals in Ireland. The role is a 12-month contract that is based in Dublin.

As a Resourcing Partner , you will be instrumental in attracting, sourcing, and selecting the best talent for our client. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and deliver effective hiring strategies. This role is ideal for a proactive and experienced recruiter passionate about finding the right fit for both the company and the candidates.

Salary: €50k

Contract: 12 Months

Responsibilities (not limited to):

• Executing the recruitment processes for Driver and Warehouse Operative roles
• Sourcing talent in Ireland and from abroad, building positive candidate engagement and inspiring people to want to join our clients team
• Working with the Recruitment Lead to create a recruitment and resourcing plan to enable the delivery of the business vision and plan
• Providing exceptional customer service to hiring managers and candidates through their recruitment journey
• Screening potential candidates
• Conducting interviews
• Managing the job offer process
• Producing the relevant recruitment metrics
• Leading/supporting HR projects as required

Requirements:

• Track record of delivering high quality results in a Recruitment role in a fast-paced environment
• Experience building talent pipelines and candidate panels for organisations to deploy when required
• Experience in direct sourcing for Operations roles (Drivers, Warehouse Operatives) or similar in Ireland and abroad
• Experience executing high volume recruitment campaigns
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with a proven ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organisation
• Ability to build relationships
• Driver's License
