Retail Merchandising Coordinator

Location: Dublin 24

Here at Manpower, we are currently seeking a dedicated and energetic individual for our client, a leading supplier and distributor of flooring products in Dublin 24. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks related to sales, merchandising, and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and adaptable individual with a strong work ethic, capable of seamlessly transitioning between various responsibilities, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visual merchandising and maintenance of product displays
• Building new displays as required
• Processing sales orders efficiently
• Providing general customer service, advice, and support on the shop floor
• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and colleagues
• Troubleshooting any issues that arise
• Completing call reports and keeping management informed of any issues as they arise
• Warehouse duties including receiving, stocking, and organising inventory

Skills Required:

• Previous experience in a similar merchandising or sales role is advantageous
• Ability to work independently with high energy and enthusiasm
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Full, clean driving license, over 23 years of age
