Sales and Product Trainer. Furniture. Ireland. Nationwide role.

EZ Living Furniture are Ireland's leading Furniture retailer employing almost 400 people. We are looking for an exceptional sales and product trainer to drive the learning and knowledge share culture to fuel our expansion.

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Fully responsible for retail front-line to develop, train and monitor sales staff, especially in their product knowledge, selling skills, customer experience , and motivation
• To train and orientate new salespeople.Training of new store staff .
• Formulate, design, and plan annual training calendar
• Product and compile all training material needed for training
• Consolidate and create all Training SOP
• Develop and provide training materials and collateral for sales teams.
• Any other projects or tasks as assigned
• KPI management and understanding of the Kirkpatrick learning model.
• Build a culture of learning, best practice and knowledge share.
• Reporting skills , cost benefit of training effort to sales results.

REQUIREMENTS

• Prior 3 to 5 years of experience in technical training or learning and development within the furniture industry or retail industry
• Demonstrate integrity, trustworthiness, responsiveness
• Open-minded and able to work under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with people of all levels.
• Business savvy and proven ability to support sales and business development
• Willingness and ability to travel withing Ireland, full clean drivers licence required.
