The Role

Oxfam Ireland is currently looking for a Senior Retail Assistant to join our charity shop based in Francis Street, Dublin. To be considered for the role, candidates should possess a range of skills and experience including:

• Experience of supervising and motivating a diverse team.
• Experience in a retail environment including customer service focus and a hands-on approach.
• An in-depth knowledge of books, and a passion for literature and reading.
