The Shop Manager is responsible for achieving personal and store sales goals, coaching and leading the team to deliver elevated Customer Experience, both within the Shop in Shop and virtually, and handling daily challenges with Speed, Energy and Optimism. Major Responsibilities include but are not limited to: People • Inspire, lead and coach the host store team to create a culture of performance delivery and accountability. • Support the host store management team in training and developing the store team as well as onboarding host store new joiners. • Provide feedback to support the host store management team in evaluating and boosting performance of each Jet Set Ambassador • Ensure image and grooming standards are aligned with brand policy. • Practice and role model the company behaviours, ensuring effective use of the behaviour tool kit Service • Lead the team of Jet Set Ambassadors within the SIS to ensure they are prioritizing exceptional customer experiences to drive loyalty and repeat business both in store and through Virtual Shopping • Ensure Jet Set Ambassadors maintain client communication through utilizing all available tools and channels. • Proactively manage client database and utilize information to increase sales • Maintain floor presence and lead by example through elevated customer experience and Service Leading • Provide coaching and support to assist Jet Set Ambassadors in resolving customer service issues, empowering the teams to make decisions in the customer’s best interest Sales • Meet and exceed Shop in Shop sales goals holding self and the team accountable for the results • Analyze reports, and develop action plans to ensure expectations are met or exceeded • Track and communicate business results and opportunities, driving sales and product knowledge • Ensure sales and unit goals and all relevant KPIs are in place for Jet Set Ambassadors and communicated effectively. • Demonstrate sales leadership by playing an active role on the selling floor • Collaborate with the DM and wholesale marketing to identify marketing opportunities to support sales • Identify and communicate product and inventory needs in a timely manner • Educate retail partner sales associates on the Michael Kors Jet Set selling experience. • Manage and conduct weekly/monthly business overview and seasonal product trainings with retail partners’ sales manager, selling specialist and associates Job Description Shop Manager - Wholesale Operations • Ensure shop-in-shop and stock room maintenance, presentation, and organization issues are addressed in a timely manner • Work with retail partner to ensure all visual graphics are current • Work with retail partner to confirm deliveries are properly processed and on the selling floor in a timely manner • Build and maintain good communication with members of corporate office, regional office and DS • Collaborate with DVM to implement and maintain all visual merchandising directives and ensure execution of effective strategies • Ensure all the company communication platforms are used effectively and relevant actions taken Job Requirements: • Relevant proven retail and management experience with a fast-paced retailer • Technology proficient, knowledge and use of leveraging technology to drive sales and customer experience. • Able to work and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment keeping a positive attitude and maintaining speed, energy and ptimism • Proficiency in Retail Math, KPIs and Microsoft Office • Fluent English We are an Equal Opportunity Employer M/D/ At Capri, we are all responsible for creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
