Store Operations Support Manager The Store Operations Support Manager, reporting to the Head of Property and Operations, supports our stores in Ireland to deliver a world class operation for our customers.
The key priorities for this role are loss, safety, governance, and model day processes across Ireland region as well as delivering new initiatives in partnership with the wider operations team.
Travel to our stores Nationwide will be required. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Coordinate a team of field-based specialists to deliver the store operations support agenda in line with business objectives
• Share best practice and work cross functionally to drive standards and identify areas for improvement and education
• Work in partnership with Irish and UK Central Operations function to respond appropriately to all incidents and investigations
• Lead investigations into internal and external losses within stores, including formal interviewing of colleagues and contractors
• Promote a strong safety culture in stores offering guidance and expertise and ensures compliance to all legal and regulatory requirements
• Implements store projects with a collaborative mindset with store, area, and regional teams

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE

• Previous Store Management experience
• Demonstrate strong stakeholder management at all levels, both internally and externally
• The ability to demonstrate strong analytical thinking
• Resilience and strong organisation skills with the ability to manage complex competing demands
• A strong understanding of stores and operational activity
• The ability to explain, simplify and communicate complex information concisely
• The ability to be mobile across their region and support other regions when require

IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU ALSO HAVE

• Experience of managing projects with a team
• Completed IOSH Health & Safety investigation training however full training will be provided
