Your Playground:

• Assessing Risks: Dive deep into underwriting activity, identifying premium, product, and operational risks, and working with our awesome teams to fill any control gaps.
• Quality Assurance Prodigy: Be the maestro of quality assurance reviews, ensuring our controls are top-notch, and we're always on our A-game.
• Efficiency Champion: Find ways to make our processes even smoother, ensuring our control activities are risk-focused and in line with our department's objectives.
• Continuous Learning: Build up your Risk and Compliance skills and knowledge while being a part of our journey to adapt to changing requirements.

What You'll Learn:

Who We're Looking For:

• Risk & Control Whiz: If you've worked in a risk control role in the insurance industry and understand the importance of robust controls and quality assurance, we want to hear from you!
• Team Player: Collaborate, communicate, and build strong relationships within our team and across departments.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft applications - Excel, SharePoint, Word & PowerPoint.
