Business Development Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Business Development Associate to join our team at The Cool Bean Company. This is a full-time remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere. As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth for the company.

Responsibilities: - Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities - Develop and implement strategies to target new clients and market segments - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities - Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients - Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives - Provide feedback and insights to the product development team to improve our offerings - Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand your network and represent the company

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities and a cooperative mindset - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Experience in the food industry is a plus
